Individual Fitness Consulting: especially for people who need help creating an effective plan to meet their goals. Motivation and accountability are critical to achieving any goal. I strive to help my clients develop an appropriate plan, and then stay on track until their goals are reached.
Health Seminars: Fitness Fundamentals, Nutrition Guidelines, Lunch & Learn, etc. Seminars are designed to meet the specific needs of each client and may include the following:
- A workplace Lunch & Learn program to teach employees about better nutrition.
- A neighborhood get-together for a diet and exercise Q & A session.
- A grocery store tour for yourself or a whole group.
