Keep on the Move - September 2021

Sometimes getting a workout seems a daunting task. You wonder how you'll be able to fit an hour of aerobics, stretching, and strength training into your day. Instead of packing it all into a single hour, space your activities out during the day. Here are some examples of how to get your workout done by keeping on the move all through the day:

  • Do seated stretches for your whole body while sitting in a meeting.
  • Sit on an exercise ball instead of a chair.
  • Do strength exercises like squats, angled planks or pushups while waiting.
  • Walk briskly everywhere you go, and keep on the move as much as possible.
