Every fall I look for new ways to inspire people to finish their year stronger than they started it. As a trainer, I've learned that most people find it difficult to maintain their diet and exercise program through the holidays. While the average weight gain during this time is only one pound, most people don't lose that pound. So although one pound isn't much, gaining a pound every year will add up, and could result in increased health risks. My goal is to encourage everyone to make a consistent effort to improve their health over the next three months. Let's finish 2014 stronger and healthier than we are today!
