Indoor Exercise - November 2014

When I see someone exercising outside on a chilly winter day, I'm impressed by their commitment. Some of my clients enjoy running so much, that even inclement weather doesn't keep them from their workout. Others though, no matter how much they love to exercise, wouldn't venture outside in the cold. For those of you who share this latter attitude, it's important to find ways to stick to your exercise program during the colder months of the year.
Here are a few tips to stay fit and healthy regardless of the weather outside:

  • Utilize exercise videos
  • Walk through a local mall
  • Swim at an indoor pool
  • Climb stairs
  • Go to the gym

I hope these ideas will help you maintain a variety of fun workouts this winter!
