Keep Moving - December 2015

Many people find it hard to maintain their normal workout schedule and diet during the holidays. Working hard to meet year-end goals and attending extra holiday events contribute to the difficulty of staying on track with personal fitness. Keep in mind that though you may not be able to continue your normal workout and diet routine, you can keep moving forward toward your fitness goals.

Here are a few tips to help:

  • Be willing to rearrange your workout routine or try different fitness activities
  • Incorporate as much extra movement into your days as possible
  • Block out time for yourself by scheduling workouts into your calendar

Staying active is a great key to success at this time of year, so keep moving!
