In my work as a Corporate Wellness Specialist, one of the primary physical issues employees deal with is poor posture and its effects. Fatigue and pain are two of the symptoms of having bad posture. This month's tip is a simple one to combat these ill effects:
- Stand up straight and take two deep breaths. Repeat as necessary.
