Knowing our important health numbers (cholesterol levels, blood pressure, etc.) gives us a foundational understanding of our health. It also helps us to make specific improvements through better diet and exercise choices. If you don't know your numbers already, your doctor can determine them and give you guidelines for each category. With this information you can develop a specific plan to enhance your health in the coming year.
