Stay on Track - November 2016

For most of 2016 the Fit Tips have focused on nutrition. The goal of this has been to give everyone a better understanding of diet, and how it affects our workouts and everyday life. As the year is nearing an end and many people are busier than at other times of the year, it's time to touch on exercise again. This month I want to encourage everyone to devote themselves to maintaining their exercise plans. In order to maintain your routine, it's absolutely fine to change or decrease activity during this busy time. Develop a plan that works for you and commit to maintaining it through the end of the year.
