Make Time - January 2017

Do you often feel like you need more time in your day? One of the main reasons people have for not exercising more is because they just don't have the time. A few simple solutions come to mind:

  • Simplify your exercise program. With more intense workouts you don't have to spend hours in the gym ~ you don't even have to go to a gym. Find ways to incorporate more activity into your day.
  • Prioritize. Determine the importance of your own health, and schedule workouts accordingly. In so doing you won't allow other things to nudge out your own fitness program.
  • Become more organized and efficient. With structure and discipline you'll be able to get more done in less time, and thereby "make extra time" in your day.
