Do you often feel like you need more time in your day? One of the main reasons people have for not exercising more is because they just don't have the time. A few simple solutions come to mind:
- Simplify your exercise program. With more intense workouts you don't have to spend hours in the gym ~ you don't even have to go to a gym. Find ways to incorporate more activity into your day.
- Prioritize. Determine the importance of your own health, and schedule workouts accordingly. In so doing you won't allow other things to nudge out your own fitness program.
- Become more organized and efficient. With structure and discipline you'll be able to get more done in less time, and thereby "make extra time" in your day.
