Try Something New - October 2017

Have you ever eaten chia seeds or hemp seeds? What about chard or collard greens? These are staples in some people's diets, but others of us may not have tried them. What about doing a step up with reverse lunge, or plank jacks on sliders? Have you tried either of these in your workouts? You may be someone who tries new things all the time, but I know there are many people who stick with the same things for weeks, months, and even years.

For this month's tip I'm recommending we all try something new. While tried and true favorites are great, adding a new food or exercise to your routine can bring great results. You may find a new favorite thing or simply something good to add variety to your current diet or exercise program. So go ahead, have fun trying something new this month!
