With a bit of forethought, consistently eating right is an achievable goal. Make meal times easier by employing some advance prep work.

  • Plan. Come up with a few meal ideas or even make a menu for the week.
  • Purchase. Create the corresponding grocery list and buy everything needed to execute your healthy eating plan.
  • Prepare. Make snacks and meals in advance when possible, and cook extra portions for leftovers any time you're making more elaborate meals.

With some forethought and execution, you can successfully maintain a healthy diet.
