Eating well is much easier when you have healthy foods readily available. Keeping your fridge, freezer, and pantry stocked with nutritious foods is the key to maintaining a healthy diet. Here are a number of foods that are good to keep on hand:

  • Shelled Edamame
  • Walnuts, almonds and other nuts
  • Pumpkin, sunflower and other seeds
  • Eggs
  • Beans
  • Peanut, soy and other nut butters
  • Dried fruit
  • Steel cut oats, barley and other whole grains
