Many times in life we desire change. We feel the need to change something about a situation, a relationship, or about ourselves. At times, such a desire rouses urgency in us to reprioritize and restructure our lives, while at other times, we feel overwhelmed or unable to make the change happen. Rather than become discouraged and abandon the desire to change, consider employing this one great tip:

Take one step at a time toward your goal.

The process of change can be instantaneous, or it can be incremental. For those changes that take time, here is an incredibly effective way to make change happen. Begin by clearly defining your goal. Next, identify the steps necessary for achieving your goal, and then take them one at a time. In this way, the larger goal of change is achieved through the focused effort of each incremental decision.
