Components

A comprehensive fitness plan should address each of the components of fitness. While there is some disagreement as to how many and what exactly these components are, over the next months we'll be looking at a number of different aspects of fitness. Here are a few that we'll explore:

  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Muscular Strength
  • Flexibility
