Do a Little More Aerobics- September 2020

Benefits from aerobic exercise add up quickly. What counts as aerobics? Walking, running, swimming, cycling and other activities that sustain an elevated heart rate are all aerobic exercise. Studies have shown that as little as one minute of high intensity aerobics or a couple minutes of movement every hour can produce healthful results. That is a good reason to do a little more aerobics every day.
