Have you heard the question, "Would you rather have $1,000,000 or a penny doubled daily for 30 days?" Offhand you'd probably say the million dollars, but taking the penny is ten times better. This little quandary is meant as an example of how important little things can be. It is a principle that applies to fitness efforts as well.
